New Yorker Electronics Expands on Lighting Division Lineup with New SMD Terminal Block Connectors New Yorker Electronics has added the new RoHS- compliant Excel Cell Electronics (ECE) EBTL40 Series of Terminal Block Connectors to its Lighting Division. The ETBL40 Series features SMD terminals with low inserting force cage clamps, push wire-release buttons and a time- saving screwless design. The series was designed for easy handling with a compact design. It can connect to LED strip lights, making it ideal for use in LED lighting and industrial electronics. There are versions with one, two and three poles, all with wire range capacities of 24AWG to 18AWG. They have a long wire insulation design and a stripping length of 7mm to 8mm (0.28in to 0.31in). They can be used in applications requiring an easy-to-use wire insertion/extraction method. Connections are exceptionally reliable, housed in fire- retardant plastic with a dual-contact, gate-style terminal design. The terminals are tin plated over nickel alloy and the springs are made of stainless steel. They are also UL approved and boast an insulation resistance of 50MΩ with a 500VDC and a dielectric strength of 2.5KVAC (min). Features Low profile (3.8mm)

Archer SIL – Single Row options for 1.27mm pitch M50 range The Archer M50 range, previously only available in a variety of double row connectors, has been enhanced with the addition of single row options. The additional connectors will bring greatly increased choice to design engineers, to suit an increased variety of PCB layouts and flexibility where footprint and surrounding space may have been an issue with the double row connectors. The following styles have been added to the family: Female: Vertical with PC Tail (Throughboard) – M50-303 range Vertical Surface Mount, 3.6mm height – M50-314 range Vertical Surface Mount, 2.1mm height – M50-313 range Male: Vertical with PC Tail (Throughboard) – M50-353 range Horizontal with PC Tail (Throughboard) – M50-393 range Vertical Surface Mount – M50-363 range These ranges are already incorporated in to the latest Harwin Catalog and are available to order from our global distribution network. Features: All styles are available in pin counts of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 20. Surface Mount connectors are optionally available on Tape and Reel Packaging, with pick-and-place caps. All connectors share the same characteristics as the existing Double Row range, with 0.40mm square male pins and durable Phosphor Bronze female contacts, capable of withstanding -40 to +105 degrees C.
