Mini-Circuits’ Two-Way Splitter/Combiner Covers 18 to 50GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZC2PD-V1854+ is a two-way, DC-pass, 0-deg. coaxial power splitter/combiner with frequency range of 18 to 50GHz. It can pass as much as 368 mA current and handle as much as 16W RF power as a splitter to serve a wide range of applications, including in higher frequency 5G base stations. The power splitter/combiner boasts low insertion loss (above the 3-dB split) of typically 0.75dB to 40GHz and 1.05dB to 50GHz. Isolation between ports is typically 25.8dB to 40GHz and 27.8dB to 50GHz. Typical amplitude unbalance between ports is 0.04dB to 40GHz and 0.08dB to 50GHz while phase unbalance is typically 0.71 deg. to 40GHz and 1.37 deg. to 50GHz. Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless Low Pass Filter Cleans DC to 320MHz Mini-Circuits’ model VLFG-320+ is a reflectionless low pass filter in a coaxial unibody construction with low-loss passband of DC to 320MHz. It exhibits typical passband insertion loss of 1dB and low passband VSWR of typically 1.20:1. The 3-dB cutoff frequency is 440MHz, with typical stopband rejection of 33dB from 0.66 to 2.0GHz and 25dB from 2.0 to 6.0GHz. The stopband VSWR is typically 20.0:1 from 0.66 to 6.0GHz. The RoHS-compliant filter provides 5-W power-handling capability in a coaxial package measuring about 1.742 in. (44.24 mm) in length with 0.410 in. (10.41 mm) diameter with SMA male connector on one end and SMA female connector on the other end for versatility. The filter provides stable performance at operating temperatures from -55 to +100°C. Mini-Circuits’ Broadband Amplifier Boosts 1 to 22 GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZVA-01243+ is a broadband coaxial amplifier with 12.3dB or more typical gain from 1 to 22GHz. The wide-dynamic-range amplifier delivers as much as +21-dBm output power at 1-dB compression and provides as much as +31dBm third-order intercept point (IP3), with typical noise figure of 6.4dB or better. The compact RoHS-compliant amplifier measures 1.30×0.98×0.56 in. (33.0×24.8×14.3 mm) with 2.92-mm female coaxial input and output connectors that are usable to 24GHz and compatible with SMA and 3.5-mm connectors. It includes reverse-bias protection and typically draws 170 mA current from a single +8-V dc supply. The amplifier is suitable for CW and pulsed applications and is designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +65°C.
