This model provides linear tuning characteristics with tuning voltage from 0.5 to 17V, tuning sensitivity from 3.0 to 5.0MHz/V, and 3dBmodulation bandwidth of 0.1MHz. It also provides +8.3dBm power output, low pushing (0.3MHz/V), low pulling (0.6MHz) and low phase noise (-105dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset).
