controlled variable gain amplifier provides 19dB gain with ±0.7dB gain flatness over the 700 to 2100MHz frequency range. Designed with an integrated digital attenuator, this model provides up to 31.5dB gain control in 0.5dB steps. It features a 6-bit parallel control interface and provides excellent attenuation accuracy within ±0.97dB enabling precise gain control for a wide range of applications including LNBs, L-Band drivers, LTE systems and more. The amplifier provides +16dBm P1dB, output IP3 up to +31dBm, and 5dB noise figure. The DVGA2-33APP+ combines multiple functions common in TX/RX architectures into a single 5x5mm MCLP package, reducing PCB real estate requirements and simplifying circuit designs. Mini-Circuits’ MMIC Reflectionless High Pass Filter, 2010 to 10100MHz Mini-Circuits’ XHF-23+ is a MMIC reflectionless high pass filter with a passband from 2010 to 10100MHz and stopband from DC to 1210MHz. The filter provides 1.2dB passband insertion loss, 1.2:1 passband VSWR, 14dB stopband rejection and 2.0:1 stopband VSWR. It can handle RF input power up to 2W in the passband and 0.5W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like attenuators, significantly improving system performance and saving board space. Mini-Circuits’ Tiny LTCC 90° Hybrid, 2500 to 4500MHz Mini-Circuits’ QCN-45D+ is an ultra- small ceramic surface-mount 90° hybrid supporting applications from 2500 to 4500MHz including balanced amplifiers, modulators and more. This model provides 0.4dB insertion loss, 22dB isolation, 3° phase unbalance and 1.0dB amplitude unbalance. It is capable of handling RF input power up to 15W and comes housed in a 1206 LTCC package with wraparound terminations for excellent solderability. It’s the perfect building block for buffering circuits from reflective elements, push-pull amplifiers, and other cases where 90° phase offset is needed. Mini-Circuits’ 10W Low Loss 8-Way 0° Splitter/ Combiners, 500 to 6000MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZN8PD1-63W+ is a coaxial 8-way 0° splitter/combiner providing RF input power handling up to 10W as a splitter with just 1.5dB typical insertion loss across the 500 to 6000MHz frequency range. Its combination of high power and low loss makes this model ideal for any system where multi-channel distribution with minimal intrinsic signal loss is needed. It also achieves 24dB isolation, 4.5° phase midband phase unbalance,
