SAMA7D65 MPUs: Advanced Graphics, Connectivity High-performance graphics and connectivity for HMI applications SAMA7D65 MPUs are designed for advanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and connectivity applications, featuring a 1 GHz Arm Cortex-A7 core. Available in both System-in-Package (SiP) with 2 Gb DDR3L and System-on-Chip (SoC) configurations, these MPUs offer high-performance graphics and connectivity features. The series supports dual Gigabit Ethernet with Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) for precise synchronization and low-latency communication, making it ideal for industrial, medical and transportation markets. The SAMA7D65 MPUs are supported by Microchip Graphics Suite, MPLAB Harmony v3 and Linux, with a Curiosity Development Board available for evaluation.
