to 16.0GHz. The RoHS-compatible highpass filter is supplied in a ceramic surface-mount 0805 packagemeasuring just 0.079×0.049 in. (2.00×1.25 mm) but capable of handling input power levels as high as 2.5 W. It has an operating temperature range of -55 to +100°C. MCDI Ltd. : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Power-Tap Die Runs DC to 50GHz Mini-Circuits’ model HK-PT54-DG+ is a MMIC power-tap die for coupling small amounts of power from DC to 50GHz for monitoring and test. The 50-Ω component maintains typical ±1.4-dB coupling flatness across the full frequency range. Typical insertion loss is 0.8dB from DC to 30GHz and 1.1dB from 30 to 50GHz. Typical mainline VSWR is 1.27:1 or better while typical coupled port VSWR is 1.39:1 or better. The chip coupler is bidirectional and can sample power levels from its input or output ports. It can handle maximum short-term (5 min. or less) input power level of +31 dBm and continuous power as high as +27dBm. The coupler measures 720×750×100 μm and is designed for operating temperatures of -55 to +105°C. MCDI Ltd. : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Absorptive Equalizers Level Gain to 45GHz Mini-Circuits’ model EQY-10-453+ is an absorptive gain equalizer with a 10-dB slope of increasing attenuation/loss from DC to 45GHz; other models are available with attenuation slopes of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9dB. The compact device, which is fabricated with a GaAs MMIC integrated-passive-device (IPD) process, is well suited for leveling the gain and amplitude of wideband circuits The 10-dB attenuation response begins with typical insertion loss of 12.0dB at 10MHz, 10.0dB at 10GHz, 6.9dB at 20GHz, 4.3dB at 30GHz, 2.4dB at 40GHz, and 1.8dB at 45GHz. The VSWR is typically 1.17:1 from 10MHz to 10GHz, 1.20:1 from 10 to 20GHz, 1.27:1 from 20 to 30GHz, 1.28:1 from 30 to 40 GHz, and 1.44:1 from 40 to 45GHz. The RoHS-compliant, patent-pending design handles as much as +28dBm input power at operating temperatures from -55 to +105°C. It is supplied in a 2×2 mm 6-lead MCLP™ package. Mini-Circuits’ Splitter/ Combiner Spans 2 to 65GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZC2PD-E2653+ is a two-way, DC-pass, 0-deg. coaxial power splitter/combiner with broad frequency range of 2 to 65GHz. It can pass as much as 321 mA DC current and handle as much as 12 W power as a splitter. Insertion loss above the nominal 3-dB split is typically 0.6dB from 2 to 18GHz, 1.2dB from 18 to 40GHz, 1.6dB from 40 to 50GHz, and 2.1dB from 50 to 65GHz. Isolation between ports is typically 30dB or better across the full frequency range. Typical amplitude unbalance between ports is 0.03dB to 18GHz, 0.07dB to 50GHz, and 0.10dB to 65GHz. Typical phase unbalance is 0.5 deg. to 18GHz, 1.9 deg. to 50GHz, and 2.6 deg. to 65GHz. VSWR is typically 1.19:1 or better at all ports and frequencies. The RoHS-compatible splitter/ combiner is a match for satcom, mobile communications, 5G base stations, and scientific research. It measures 1.04×1.79×0.5 in. (26.42×45.47×12.70 mm) with female 1.85-mm connectors and has an operating temperature range of -55 to +100°C.
