Mini-Circuits’ Rugged 100W Class AB Amplifier, 2500 to 6000MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZHL-100W-63+ is a coaxial Class AB amplifier capable of delivering 100W saturated output power over the 2500 to 6000MHz band. This model is ideal for a wide variety of high-power test setups as well as communications systems, radar and more. The amplifier delivers 58dB gain with ±2.0dB flatness and +54dBm IP3. This rugged, unconditionally stable design features self-protection against excessive drive, over-temperature, and reverse polarity as well as immunity to open and short loads while continuously delivering 50W of power. Housed in a rugged, aluminum alloy case measuring 6.0x9.1x1.2”, the unit features SMA connectors and an optional heat sink and fan attachment for cooling. Mini-Circuits’ Ultra- Wideband MMIC 2-Way 90° Splitter Die Covers 6 to 14GHz Mini-Circuits’ EPQ-133-D+ is an ultra-wideband MMIC 2-way, 90° hybrid die covering a wide range of applications from 6 to 14GHz. This model is capable of handling up to +32dBm input power and provides 0.6dB insertion loss above the 3dB theoretical split, 20dB isolation, 0.5dB amplitude unbalance and 4° phase unbalance )relative to 90°(. This model is an ideal candidate for use in higher-level integrated components such as image reject mixers, single sideband modulators, phase shifters, variable attenuators and balanced amplifiers. Mini-Circuits’ MMIC Directional Coupler Covers 4 to 20GHz Mini-Circuits’ EDC21-24+ is a MMIC directional coupler with a 21dB coupling ratio and a wide operating frequency range from 4 to 20GHz. This model provides ±2dB coupling flatness across its full frequency range, 0.7dB mainline loss, 18dB typical return loss, and 19dB directivity. The coupler can handle up to +15dBm RF input power )5 minute max.( and comes housed in a tiny 4x4mm QFN package.
