loss or better, 1.2:1 passband VSWR, stopband rejection of 35dB from DC to 280MHz and 27dB from 280 to 330MHz. 1.3:1 typical stopband VSWR results in minimal stopband signal reflections, eliminating spurs and improving system dynamic range. It also provides excellent power handling of up to +32dBm in the passband and +35dBm in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 5x5mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like attenuators, significantly improving system performance and saving board space. communications, satellite, defense and aerospace, and more. These fixed-value, absorptive attenuators are fabricated through highly repetitive MMIC processing with thin-film resistors on GaAs substrates and achieve ultra- wideband performance with a single, contiguous ground-plane, simplifying installation into customer hybrids. Model KAT-5-D+ provides 5dB attenuation with ±0.1 dB flatness up to 26.5GHz, ±0.5dB flatness up to 43.5GHz, 1.4W RF power handling, and 1.1:1 VSWR. KAT-series attenuator dice are available in gel-paks of 5, 10, 50 and 100 KGD as well as partial and full production wafers. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Wideband MMIC Balun Covers 5500 to 13500MHz in 3 x 3mm QFN Mini-Circuits’ MTX2-143+ is a wideband MMIC balun transformer with an impedance ratio of 2:1 covering a wide range of applications from 5500 to 13500MHz. This model is designed for applications where conversion of a single-ended 50Ω line into a balanced 100Ω line is needed. Fabricated using IPD process technology, this model provides outstanding repeatability from lot to lot. The transformer achieves 1.3dB insertion loss, 1.0dB amplitude unbalance, 8° phase unbalance, and RF power handling up to +34dBm )2.5W(. The unit comes housed in a tiny, 12-pad 3x3x0.80mm QFN package with low inductance and excellent thermal efficiency. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Miniature Lumped Element Low Pass Filter Passes DC to 158MHz with Sharp Rejection Mini-Circuits’ ULP-158+ is a surface- mount, lumped element low pass filter with a passband from DC to 158 MHz. This design provides very sharp rejection with 78% slope from the 3dB cutoff to 20dB rejection, and greater than 40dB rejection from 255 to 1000MHz. It provides 1.5dB typical insertion loss in the passband and handles RF input power up to 0.8W. The unit gives designers the advantages of excellent selectivity and high stopband rejection in a miniature form factor occupying only 0.25x0.25” of board space. Designed using miniature, high-Q capacitors and chip inductors, it provides high
