Mini-Circuits Introduces USB Controlled Solid State 2-SP2T Switch, DC to 8GHz Mini-Circuits’ new line of solid-state switchproducts continues togrow togive you more options for your signal routing needs in test systems where extremely fast switching is a requirement. Model USB-2SP2T-DCH is a USB-controlled, solid state switch matrix containing two independent SPDT absorptive RF switches operating over frequencies from DC to 8GHz. It provides ultra-fast switching speed of just 14µs, very high isolation of 50dB typ., high IP3 of +50 dBm, and RF input power handling up to +35dBm. The unit comes housed in a rugged aluminumalloy case (4.58x2.00x0.475”) with SMA-F connectors at all RF ports. Mini-Circuits’ USB/Ethernet Peak Power Sensor, -60 to +20dBm, 10MHz to 8GHz Mini-Circuits’ PWR-8P-RC is a low cost, compact sensor head capable of turning any PC into a high-performance power meter. Analyze and graphically plot peak and average power, duty cycle, pulse width, crest factor, rise and fall times of pulsed, modulated and CW signals. The sensor offers 80dB dynamic range allowing power measurements as low as -60dBm and as high as +20dBm, and a fast sampling rate of 2µs, supporting a diverse range of measurement applications. Its dual control interface means the device can be used via USB connection to the user’s PC or for remote power measurements across a network without requiring a direct PC connection. The power sensor comes supplied with user-friendly GUI application software for Windows ® systems, providing a simple means to analyze the full signal characteristics, plotting the signal traces and exporting data. Alternatively, an included API supported by most programming environments allows the full measurement capability to be automated and integrated within the user’s native test software.
