XLF-13H+ has a passband from DC to 1000MHz and stopband from 1850 to 19000MHz. The filter provides 1.9dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1 passband VSWR, stopband rejection of 34dB from 1850 to 2500MHz, 47dB from 2500 to 10000MHz, and 50dB up to 19000MHz. 1.3:1 typical stopband VSWR results in minimal stopband signal reflections, eliminating spurs and improving system dynamic range. It also provides excellent power handling of up to 7.9W in the passband and 1.58W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 5x5mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches.
