16000MHz. It can handle RF input power up to 2W in the passband and 0.5W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’X-seriesofreflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like attenuators, significantly improving system performance and saving board space. to 700MHz and 2W power handling up to 1300MHz. The unit comes housed in a miniature, 6-lead plastic case (0.27x0.31x0.22”), providing high power capability in a miniature device, saving space in dense PCB layouts. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ
Mini-Circuits’ Coaxial Bandpass Slabline Filter Provides Narrow Passband from 902 to 915 MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZVBP-909+ is a connectorized bandpass filter with a narrow passband from 902 to 915MHz, supporting CDMAand GSM base station applications. Utilizing slabline filter technology, this model provides 2.0dB passband insertion loss, 1.2:1 passband VSWR, very high upper/lower stopband rejection (88dB @ 870MHz and 950MHz), and 10W power handling. It has excellent selectivity with 34dB rejection only 10MHz away from the passband cut- off. The rugged design includes a mechanical feature which prevents accidental detuning that might otherwise require costly replacement or return to factory for re-tuning. It comes housed in an aluminum alloy case (10.19x3.11x1.15”) with SMA-F to SMA-F connectors. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Low-Noise, High-IP3 MMIC Amplifier Die Supports Applications from 0.05 to 6GHz Mini-Circuits’ PSA-0012-D+ is a low-noise, high-IP3 MMIC amplifier die that covers a wide range of applications from 0.05 to 6GHz. This model provides a unique combination of 2.4dB noise figure, +35dBm IP3, +22dBm P1dB, and 15dB gain, making it an ideal IF amplifier. It provides good return loss across its entire frequency range (10dB input, 13dB output) enabling integration into broadband circuits with minimal effect of mismatch on overall system performance. Manufactured using E-PHEMT process technology, the PSA-0012-D+ operates on a single 5V supply and measures only 420x400x100µm, allowing integration directly into customer modules where small size and light weight are critical requirements. PSA-0012-D+ MMIC amplifier dice may be ordered from stock in gel- paks (-DG+ model number suffix) of 10, 50 or 100 KGD. Partial wafers
