Mini-Circuits’ Ultra- Wideband MMIC Precision Fixed Attenuator, DC to 40GHz Mini-Circuits’ KAT series of MMIC precision fixed attenuators extends coverage to a wide array of applications from DC to 40GHz including 5G systems, microwave communications, satellite, defense and aerospace, and more. These fixed-value, absorptive attenuators are fabricated through highly repetitive MMIC processing with thin-film resistors on GaAs substrates and achieve ultra- wideband performance. Model KAT-7+ provides 7dB nominal attenuation with ±0.2dB flatness, 1.3W RF power handling, and 1.14:1 typical VSWR. KAT-series attenuators are housed in tiny 2x2mm QFN packages giving users the capability to utilize pick and place assembly for high frequency applications. Mini-Circuits’ Surface-Mount Transformer Handles 15W from 20 to 520MHz Mini-Circuits’ SYTX1-52HP-15W+ is a high-power, surface-mount transformer witha secondary/primary impedance ratio of 1:1, supporting a variety of applications from 20 to 520MHz. This model features core and wire construction mounted on a printed laminate base designed for efficient heat transfer through the PCB. It provides reliable operation at up to 15W RF power and 30mA DC current. The transformer achieves 0.4dB insertion loss, 0.15dB amplitude unbalance, and 2˚ phase unbalance. It measures (0.43x0.69x0.275”) and features wraparound terminations for excellent solderability. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ office@mcdi-ltd.com

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny Ceramic 1:2 Balun Covers 4900 to 5875MHz Mini-Circuits’ TCW2-63+ is a wideband LTCC balun transformer with an impedance ratio of 1:2 covering awide range of applications from 4900 to 5875MHz. This model is designed for applications where conversion of a single-ended 50Ω line into a balanced 100Ω line is needed. Fabricated using Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology, it provides outstanding repeatability from lot to lot, and high reliability for harsh operating environments. The transformer achieves 1.1dB insertion loss, 0.3dB amplitude unbalance, 4° phase unbalance, and RF power handling up to 0.5W. The unit comes housed in a tiny, 0603 ceramic package with wraparound terminations for good solderability. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ office@mcdi-ltd.com
